# Fairview Labs, Inc. > Agent actions for small businesses Fairview Labs builds the layer that lets an AI agent find a small business, book real work with it, and prove the job happened. We ship GeoReputation for visibility and Frontdesk for booking. ## About - Also known as: Fairview Labs - Founded: 2025 - Website: https://fairviewlabs.ai/ - Email: hello@fairviewlabs.ai - Based in: Hoboken, NJ - Who it is for: Small and medium businesses that sell work by appointment, and the AI agents trying to buy it on a customer's behalf - Expertise: Agent-to-agent commerce, AI search visibility, Agentic resource discovery, Model Context Protocol, Appointment booking automation, Small business distribution ## What we build - GeoReputation [Live with customers]: Measures whether AI models recommend a business, where the citations come from, and what to change. Live with paying customers today. https://georeputation.com - Frontdesk [Working prototype]: Takes a booking request from a customer's agent, asks the business, and confirms the time. Works over MCP, REST or plain email. https://fairviewlabs.ai/platform ## Agent protocols we serve Implemented and answering on this domain right now: - Agent card (A2A) at https://fairviewlabs.ai/.well-known/agent-card.json: Declares the skills an agent can invoke here, the transports that reach them, and that a human confirms every booking. Also served at /agents.json, because clients disagree about where to look. - Agentic Resource Discovery at https://fairviewlabs.ai/.well-known/ard.json: The most complete of the current discovery drafts: lists MCP servers, APIs, skills and agents a domain exposes. Served against the 0.1 draft, which is still moving. - llms.txt at https://fairviewlabs.ai/llms.txt: A plain-text brief stating the company's facts, products, protocol support and the way in, so a model does not have to parse HTML to answer a question about us. - robots.txt at https://fairviewlabs.ai/robots.txt: Names the answer-engine crawlers explicitly rather than relying on a wildcard, so they stay allowed if the general rule ever tightens. Several models read it before anything else on a domain. - schema.org structured data at https://fairviewlabs.ai/: Organization, WebSite, FAQPage and a ScheduleAction with the booking entry points, generated from the same content the pages render. The oldest and still the most widely read of these formats. ## Agent protocols we are tracking Not implemented here yet. Listed so the picture is complete rather than flattering: - Model Context Protocol (partial): A pointer to the front desk MCP server, so a client probing the domain finds the typed booking tools without being handed the URL. The server itself runs in the Frontdesk deploy. Not answering on this deploy: no MCP server is configured for it to point at. - Universal Commerce Protocol (partial): We answer the probe and say what is true: scheduling and quoting are supported, payment is out of scope and not planned. The spec has not settled on a shape, so guessing at one would be inventing a format rather than following it. - Agent registries (watching): Each major provider is building its own directory of callable agents, with different submission rules and no shared index. We expect to list in all of them and have not yet. - Agentic Commerce Protocol (watching): Aimed at the checkout itself, which is the half we are deliberately not building. Worth implementing the moment it covers service bookings rather than cart purchases. ## Pages - [Home](https://fairviewlabs.ai/): We build the layer that lets an AI agent find a small business, book real work with it, and prove the job happened. GeoReputation for visibility, Frontdesk for booking. - [Vision](https://fairviewlabs.ai/vision): Models can recommend a small business but cannot hire one. What changes when they can, why the gap exists, and what we think the end state looks like. - [Platform](https://fairviewlabs.ai/platform): The four stages of agent-to-business commerce, every discovery protocol we serve, and the transcript of the first booking that closed end to end. - [GeoReputation](https://fairviewlabs.ai/georeputation): The visibility layer. Tracks citations across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overview, attributes the traffic GA4 cannot, and turns the gap into specific changes. - [For agents](https://fairviewlabs.ai/for-agents): Three ways to schedule a call without a human filling in a form: an MCP server, a REST endpoint, or an inbox that parses plain English. A person confirms before anything is final. - [Company](https://fairviewlabs.ai/company): The team building agent-to-business commerce from New Jersey. What each of us owns, and the fastest way to get a call.
