GeoReputation answers one question: when someone asks a model, does your name come up?
It is live, it has paying customers, and it is where we learned that measurement alone does not change anyone's revenue.
What it does
Tracks whether the major models recommend a business, which sources they cite, and what to change so they do.
It also closes the attribution gap: AI Overview visits look identical to ordinary search clicks, and ChatGPT sessions land in GA4's junk bucket. Both are fixable and almost nobody has fixed them.
This is the first stage of the loop. It is what made the rest of the company obvious.
What we learned building it
Selling a visibility report teaches you quickly that a business owner does not want a report. They want the phone to ring.
We would hand over a genuinely useful document showing that a model recommended a competitor nine times out of ten, and the honest response was: so what do I do about it. Fair question. The recommendations we gave were real and the better ones worked, but the loop still ended with a human doing something.
The part that changed our mind
We could see agents sending people to a client's quote form. We could see the form being filled in. What we could not do was let the agent fill it in, which was obviously the next thing it wanted to do.
That gap is the whole company now. Visibility is the input. A booking is the output. Charging for the first one and not the second is how the SEO industry spent fifteen years selling leads to people who wanted customers.
It is still the data layer
GeoReputation did not get deprioritised. It is how a business gets discovered in the first place, and it is where the observability half of the loop lives. The difference is that it is now one stage of four rather than the product.

What a customer gets
Citation tracking
Which models mention the business, for which questions, and which sources they are reading to get there.
Honest attribution
A custom channel group that pulls ChatGPT sessions out of Unassigned, and conversion events that fire when the business actually receives a lead rather than when a button is clicked.
Specific changes
Not an audit score. The pages to write, the markup to add, and the facts to state plainly so a model can quote them.
A site models can read
We rebuild the existing site to match what a visitor already sees, then add the machine-readable layer underneath. Owners did not ask for a redesign.
Agent-ready by default
Every site we build serves the discovery documents from day one, so the business is bookable the moment the front desk is connected.
Conversion, not traffic
The only number that answers the question an owner is actually asking is whether any of this produced work.
GeoReputation has its own site
Pricing, the scanner, and how to get a first report are all over there.
